Urban our sweet boy has been in the shelter for a YEAR  He was heartworm positive, has been treated, is now negative.  Urban gone thru basic obedience training, knows all the commands.  walks well on the leash and crates very well.  

Would recommend a home without cats.  He will listen to a command "leave the cats" but I would not leave him unsupervised with them.  He has done well with the foster dogs, plays very well with them.  Loves toys.  

He is definitely a dog for an active family or one with a dog for him to play with.  He is still a little unsure about being INSIDE a home, so he watched everything very intently.  Loves food, loves treats and is great with people.
