If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

our friends over at Fairfield County Animal Control are doing the best they can to prevent overcrowding, but in a rural area with so few rescues partnered with them, it has been difficult. With the holidays, massive amounts of animals are coming in the doors and have no escape. Kittens are growing up behind cage doors and adults just sit and rot for the long term, waiting for their escape. Adoptions are few and far between which is why we need to help these cats.

our poor guy EDDIE has grown up in the shelter his whole life, growing bigger behind bars. His heart has grown sizes as well as his body as he yearns for the attention of people. He loves toys, but being in a cage, he hasn't had much room to play, which is why this kid is absolutely loving foster care. He is such a nice balance of playful and sweet, that it is hard to imagine why no one has scooped him up yet. Please be his family for the holidays! 

All of our babies are spayed/neutered, FIV/LEUK negative, UTD on vaccines for their age, dewormed, and microchipped.
