Hi my name is NUTMEG (Meg for short).  I am a beautiful girl looking for a family of my own!  I will likely grow to be about 50lbs. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in rural SC where i was in really bad shape.  My brother and I were riddled with demodex mange (non contagious) so badly we had NO fur.  I was also fighting a deadly virus.  I survive the virus and with LOADS of TLC and vet care I am healed of my mange and thriving.  I am on the shy side, but love human affection.  I love to play with other dogs.  I am sure to capture your heart.  Can you open your home to me?

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.
