Rascal is an AWESOME pup looking for a foster or forever family. This little nugget has a great personality, a wiggle butt happy boy he just LOVES people. He is also good with other dogs and cats. Let's get him a spot to land so he can head to NY and find his family smile emoticon I have met him in person and can tell you he really is a great pooch!

1 yr old 46 lbs. Good with ALL DOGS. Very sweet and just wants affection. He LOVES IT!! Rascal is also good with cats. Lets them rub all over him. smile emoticoI was rescued from a high kill shelter in rural SC. With love and guidance I am sure to prove an amazing companion.

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.

$300 - For dogs deemed seniors by LCAR (generally 8rs and older)

$200- For senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) adopting senior dogs

$150 - For Kittens

$125 - For Cats
