What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Unless otherwise noted, ALL animals are fostered and available for adoption on Long Island, NY. 

TEDDY is a handsome, 1-2 yr old Retriever mix.  He weighs about 45lbs.  He is a very loving boy who gets along with dogs and tested ok with cats.  He is very excited that he will be finding his forever family soon.  With a little love and guidance he will prove to be an amazing companion.  He was rescued from a high kill shelter in rural SC with moments to spare  and tested positive for heartworms. He has since been treated for the heartworms and cleared by the veterinarian. 

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.
